Devicescape Support for OEMs
Devicescape provides expert technical support to help developers of wireless devices overcome obstacles in their development process. We offer assistance that includes telephone and email consultation, web forums, and training. Updates with additional features, patches, and technical notes are available to customers with active maintenance agreements.
Note: For consumer support and questions about Easy Wi-Fi, including the App Store iPhone / iPod Touch products, please use our support forum at http://forum.devicescape.com/. Please do not submit support questions about these products using the oem support email below.
Contacting Devicescape OEM Support
Devicescape customers with current maintenance and support agreements can open support cases by either sending an email to OEMSupport@devicescape.com, or by logging in to the Devicescape support case management system at https://fb.support.devicescape.com. Current customers can also download product files and documentation from the Devicescape SFTP server at support.devicescape.com.
Customers should have received usernames and passwords for both the case management system and SFTP server as part of the product delivery process. If you don’t have this information please send an email to OEMSupport@devicescape.com to get them reissued.
