  • Consumer don't like cellular data caps. More than 75% will consider switching carriers if their plans are changed. 79 percent will change their data consumption patterns if their plan is capped;
  • An overwhelming number of respondents expect device manufacturers to build Wi-Fi into their devices. But a hassle free experience to access Wi-Fi is a must, meaning no pin or password;
  • People understand the abilities of 3G and Wi-Fi and want both together;
  • Free Wi-Fi is a must for many respondents; however a significant number will also pay;
  • 98% or respondents log onto Wi-Fi daily with 57% of them logging on more than five times a day.
