Light Reading has announced Devicescape’s PopWiFi proximity marketing service as a Leading Lights finalist in the “Best New Product (Mobile)” category. Venue owners also have access to a dashboard where they can view analytics of their in-store Wi-Fi usage and performance relative to the industry, and can review private and/or anonymous feedback. PopWiFi is currently in beta and being tested by tens of thousands of businesses throughout the U.S.

Winners will be announced at the Leading Lights awards dinner on Tuesday, October 1 in New York City.

The Leading Lights awards focus on next-generation communications technology, applications, and services, and awards top companies and their executives for their outstanding achievements.
